The "Green
Magnet" is actually a submersible bait magnet! It is fishing
technology at it's finest. For years it has been known that GREEN light
attracts bait, which attracts bigger bait, and etc... Divers first noticed
that fish were attracted to GREEN light when they began using chemical
light sticks for underwater lighting.
This information soon filtered down
to a hand full of fishing guides and avid fishermen, who have kept it a
well-guarded secret. With this knowledge recently becoming known to more
and more fishermen, the search was on to come up with a better way so that
sport fishermen could have access to a GREEN light to improve their
catching luck.
Many
things have been tried, from attaching green chemical light sticks to
fishing lures to building a float that would carry a full size 115 volt AC
fluorescent fixture. The GM-1, GM-2 and GM-4 can be powered by almost any
12-volt DC source. The "GREEN MAGNET" is compact! The GM-1, GM-2 and GM-4
were designed to be compact and versatile unlike other green lights.
Weights can also be attached, to the end eye only, to submerge the
GM-2 or GM-4 vertically.

POWERFUL!
The Compact
Fluorescent technology used by the "GREEN MAGNET" GM-1 provides a small
lamp that is almost twice as powerful, inch for inch, as a standard
fluorescent light and 25% brighter than standard compact fluorescent. Even
if you are familiar with compact fluorescent lighting, you will notice
that the "GREEN MAGNET’S" unique lamp is different.
The "GREEN MAGNET" has
been specially designed to operate on 12V DC. The lamp has a life span of
10,000 hours of use and is easily changeable. For most weekend fishermen,
the lamp under normal conditions will last well over 10 years if used
every weekend.

Catch
Bait with the Green Magnet Light!
The
Green Magnet Attracts Bait Fast! !
A
good method to catch bait is to hang the Green Magnet Light over
the edge of a boat and submerge it. Just turn it on and let it on until
the bait fish are swarming around it. Then shut the light off and throw a
cast net over top of the bait and let it sink to the bottom. This can also
be done from a dock or even the shoreline for that matter. We have
found the darker it is outside, the better the Green Magnet Light works.
Catch Fish
with the Green Magnet Light!
The
Green Magnet is Ultimate Night Fishing Light! A good method to catch game fish is to add weight to the
end eye of the light.
You can do this by tying a string or wire to the end eye and adding a few
one pound lead ingots. Lower the Green Magnet Light into the water from
your boat so that it is submerged
beneath the surface. Turn the light on and let it on.
Other methods include
hanging the Green Magnet Light off of a dock, from a low hanging tree limb
or from a post.
When large numbers of
baitfish start to appear chances are good that the same will hold true
for the game fish! Do Not fish in the light, but fish the dark edges of
the lighted circle. If using live bait with a bobber or float, cast it to
the dark edge of the lighted circle. You can also bottom fish the dark
edge using live bait.
Another method that
works well is to throw a surface plug or other lure out to the dark edge
of the lighted circle and work it all around the edges. We have
found the darker it is outside, the better the Green Magnet Light
works.
